As part of the fifth edition of Festival Mediterranea being held in Gozo, the Teatru Astra will be staging three operas in one night, namely Suor Angelica, Pagliacci and Cavalleria Rusticana on Thursday and Saturday (26th and 28th October respectively).
With a view to give the required service to all our clients, catering for the increased demand that is traditionally expected on the 18:00 hours trip from Cirkewwa and the 23:30 hours trip from Mgarr, both crossings will be performed by the MV Malita. It is expected that on these two trips on Thursday and Saturday the hoistable decks will be lowered so as to accommodate the increase in demand from vehicles. Gozo Channel will in this way be giving the logistical support needed to cultural activities in Gozo.
