Gozo Channel would like to inform its esteemed customers that on early Saturday and Sunday morning (19th and 20th May 2007), an extra trip shall be performed in addition to the normal scheduled trips, at 02:30 hours from Mgarr and at 03:00 hours from Cirkewwa.
This extra night trip is being performed to support the various activities being held in Gozo on these nights.
Furthermore, to accommodate the anticipated increase in demand on these two days, the Company will substitute the 13:00 and the 14:00 hrs trips from both Mgarr and Cirkewwa by the 12:45, 13:30 and the 14:15 hrs trips (as performed on Fridays and on the eve of Public Holidays) - i.e. the trips shall be scheduled every forty-five minutes.
We would also like to remind our customers that the present Immorru Ghawdex scheme will be extended to apply also on Friday and Saturday (18th and 19th May respectively), so that the reduced rates can be availed of by all those travelling on the trips departing from Cirkewwa after the 12:00 trip.
Gozo Channel will thus be living up to its committment of supporting Gozo and the various initiatives being organised in our sister island.
